Service Description

For a long time, stretch marks and loose and saggy tummy skin have been difficult to treat, but the good news s there’s finally a solution wth our Opus Plasma treatment. Our Opus Plasma treatment shrinks and tightens skin and creates collagen in the stretch mark, resulting in a reduction of discolaration and firmer, more youthful-looking skin. Stretch marks, occur in the dermis. Their severity is affected by several factors, including genetics and cortisone levels. Cortisone (a hormone produced by the adrenal glands) prevents fibroblasts from creating the collagen and elastin fibres we need to keep skin that is rapidly growing tight. During short periods of intensive stretching (like childbirth) this can result in tearing to the dermal tissue, causing collagen fibres to rupture, which, in turn, produces scarring in the form of stretch marks. Stretch marks usually begin as reddish or purple lesions, typically where fat is stored(such as the abdomen, breast, upper arms, underarms, dorsal area, thighs, hips, and buttocks). The ideal scar of stretch marks for treatment are faded to a white colour. If there is any redness or purple colouration to the skin, they are too new for treatment, and you must give them more time to heal naturally. Treatment skin that is still healing may cause too much trauma to the new skin, and this could result in causing more scaring rather than improving the appearance of the skin. Is recommended 3 treatments spaced 6 to 2 weeks apart. Results are permanent. If you want to improve the appearance of your stretch marks, we would love to help! A free consultation is required, which can be done in person or over the phone. O Book Appointment ( free consultations) O Contact us by phone/text: 780.904.4702 O Follow us: Facebook and Instagram
